Don't understand all the negative reviews. Been twice in the last month. Donuts were fresh and good. Owner was nice enough.I always have the misfortune to get the random chunk of gristle in my sausage kolache tho and it just turns me off the whole thing. I would recommend switching to ekrich brand which I've had at other donut shops and it's my favorite.

I went a few days ago and the young man who helped me was very kind, that's why I decided to return this time. I felt so little about the way I was treated. The lady was so rude, she didn't respond when I said good morning and she was talking without meaning to. Even on his face you could see the annoyance when he treated me, I am a person who treats people the way I want to be treated, that's why I am friendly, and here I didn't get that and well, the donuts...

Went yesterday and went inside, they had so much donuts. I was so happy I was able to get my favorite chocolate donuts. I couldn’t get them last time because they didn’t have them but this time around they had a variety of donuts. The place inside was super clean and the employees were very nice and welcoming. I love these donuts they’re delicious. I don’t buy donuts but I will buy from Shipley’s.
