The smoothies are never consistent, the taste is always off and they get my order wrong majority of the time.
This time, she asked for my order three times then again when I got to the window. Finally I just went inside and she still couldn’t even ring it up correctly. The smoothie doesn’t even taste right. Their job is NOT that hard, yet they still struggle.
I don’t understand how this location is always awful.

Slow… makes you think you’re getting yourself a hot and cooked meal. These things should be ready by the time you make it to the window not wait 20 minutes. Time is money 💰 (After a few visits)

Don’t waste your money on the Açaí bowls. You only get half of a serving in the bowl, and the açaí is so watery, you have to drink with a straw. Definitely not worth the price.

Whoever the manager is needs to step up their game big time.Why are you running a skeleton crew on the weekend???? One girl is in here by herself dealing with a long drive-thru line AND a long line of customers inside. Props to her , whatever she is getting paid, pay her more. At least 2 people need to be scheduled. Insane

My daughter introduced me to the PB swizzle, and I fell in love with it, but a couple of weeks ago we went to purchase one and we were told that there was no fruit so we purchased some thing else then we went back last week and we were told that you didn’t have any Acai so we had to leave empty-handed, which is very upsetting, because that is our dessert treat I wish that management would make sure that there is enough product purchase so that you would not run out or if you saw that you were running out to go and purchase some fruit and to make sure that there’s plenty Açaí. Other than that we love Smoothie King and we will continue to purchase our PB swizzle.

Are you guys going to ever actually open at 7am like your hours state? Since the reopening I’ve never seen this place open. I talked to a lady this morning outside this location and she placed and online order and no one was there.
Great products but they are never open early. Door sign says 7:00 am but not open,not even the drive through. Hours of operation needs to be updated on door sign
