Being from Ohio and not having many sonics where I live I always enjoy getting to indulge when I have the opportunity. This sonic was awesome! My order was perfect and kudos to whoever prepped my large cheese tator tots! Somehow they managed to get the perfect amount of cheese on every tot! Impressive and nice work yall! Thanks for restoring my faith into this brand that has been waning for years!!!

I got a cherry limeade,took it home went to drink it and got a sour taste,checked it out there was no cherry or cherry juice just limes. It was awful

Ordered bacon double pretzel smashers with no mustard and no onions today at Store #1947. Time 10:17AM. 1/2 price redemption. Got home and the bun was a whimpy regular bun. Called and called but no one picked up. I think I should get replacement sandwich for free. CHK 77

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger for delivery. I wanted no onions, no pickles, no lettuce, no tomatoes and paid extra for bacon. What I got was a cheeseburger with all of the stuff I didn’t want on it and no bacon that I paid extra for. Then I called to complain and the phone just rings off the wall. I take that as “If you don’t like it go somewhere else.” Probably won’t be ordering here again anytime soon.

Don’t order ahead. You think using the app your order would be done quicker but sadly that’s not the case. We waited an extra 10 minutes for our food to come out wrong. Then after telling them they come out 5 minutes later to ask what we had so they could remake it. Now I’ve been here a total of 30 minutes still waiting on food

Online order would not let me check in at stall, saying stall was unavailable. Used button on menu board to inform staff of issue. After waiting 15 minutes my order still was not delivered. Went through drive through line and waited another 10 minutes to get my order.

Made my burger wrong for a second time after i drove all the way up there to get it replaced. told the guy my sprite was out in the ocean water and he just topped it off with the same sprite that was out rather than changing the pib. they’re lazy and i won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Our family has been ordering drinks off of the app for half price for years now. With the new addition of watermelon flavor, our whole family has been adding it to almost everything that we drink! Today, I stopped in to get my normal drink, which included the watermelon flavor, for half price on the app. The app responded by saying it was having technical difficulties. I checked in with one of the carhops who took my order without question, but she ran into the same issue. Come to find out, only this store refuses to allow the watermelon flavor for the half-price drinks happy hour special! The flavor is $.30 added, or $.15 during happy hour. Either this is an interesting error on the POS system or an egregious fumble by management. Either way, the manager on duty refused to move forward with the order unless I paid full price. I know this seems like a lot for a couple of bucks, but when every other location takes care of our order without issue regarding watermelon, it stands out quite boldly that the hill Ennis decides to die on. Adding watermelon flavor to drinks.

Placed order on app shortly before arriving and had to wait 30min for them to bring my 2 drinks out. Then they were the wrong size so the had to go back and remake them. Once I already drove off I found that they didn’t add the flavor that I ordered into my tea. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience so it is not just a one off type of deal.
