I wa in Ennis for the bluebonnets so I decided to have lunch before heading back to Dallas. The location was much nicer than my usual at home.The onion rings were perfect, the banana shake very tasty.

Everything was as you'd expect for a Sonic Drive-In. The food was fine, and the service was fast and pleasant. However, the majority of the screens at the stalls were inoperable. I think I moved 6 times to find one that worked. Should be fixed. Also, the setup and design leaves a lot to be desired, borderline unsafe.

David was smoking a vape while fixing food with NO GLOVES ON. THEN HE STARTED EATING WHILE FIXING FOOD NO GLOVES ON. HE ALSO FIXED PEOPLES FRIES AND TATER TOTS WHILE EATING AND VAPING . SO NASTY . IM GOING TO REPORT SONIC IN ENNIS TO THE HEALTH DEPT. MY FOOD WAS VERY COLD AND MY FRIES WERE COLD AND OLD. YOU WILL HEAR FROM ME SOON. THE HEALTH DEPT NEEDS TO KNOW THIS . I ALSO HAVE A PICTURE OF HIM VAPING AND EATING WHILE PREPARING FOOD. AND SCRATCHING IS ARM WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. I TRIED TO CALL BUT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE I'VE CALLED EVERYDAY FOR A MONTH TO REPORT THIS. NO ANSWER. NOW IM TAKING THIS ISSUE AND MY PICTURES TO THE HEALTH DEPT.YOU NEED TO CLOSE DOWN . Unsanitary business

I only ordered 2 cups of ice and mini slush for my son, but it took like 10 minutes to bring just that. I totally understand something could have been happening beyond my knowledge that caused the delay but when one is running late for work, every minute counts.

I don't care how many times you go there your order will never be right. I just don't understand how you can just mess up everything all the time probably because you're not listening to the order you're trying to outtalk the customer, but once again this is another restaurant in Innes that I will never be going to a game. Because even though it says sonics, it's not sonics, it's what job wanted to be. Ordered a double hamburger for my dog. And still couldn't even get 2 patties but they charged me for him now..
