This was one of my favorite places to go every Sunday for menudo, I don’t know if they changed owner or what, but the service has gotten so bad, they never have menudo anymore and they don’t answer the phone.

Just be a your food is good doesn’t mean you can treat your customers this way. I have been literally been waiting for 30 min and she still is walking around inside talking she sees me cause the window is open. If I wasn’t on my lunch and hadn’t wasted time here I would of left already.

Love their burritos. It’s my local go to. My husband loves tacos. We both get asada which they have the seasoning down perfect. I eat here more than any other place. I can’t believe they only have 3 stars they definitely deserve five. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is your place to go. I’m leaving. Love you.

I used to be a frequent customer of this place, I loved the seasoning, but I don't know what happened the last 4 or 5 times I've been there, the meat has too much fat, it's okay that it has fat because it adds flavor but at this point it's unpleasant and Well they literally gave me a wad of pure fat, they could clean that off by cutting it to cook because it is unpleasant and well you pay for meat not for fat, I'm sorry if that sounds rude but it is annoying to wait and pay for food that is not up to the standard you expect from a place that like and frequent and above all that you go and spend your money there
I’m not one to talk bad about anyone, but this is not the first time this has happened to me and it’s frustrating! I call to place an order for 12 tacos with cilantro, onions and cheese; Said they would be ready in 10 mins. Once at the window (45 mins later) they advise me that not only is the order not ready, they only have 8 tacos because they ran out of beef! Ugh! Ok fine, I’ll take the 8, but then when you get ready to eat, you realize they forgot the cilantro, onions and cheese! Come on! It’s always something at this place. Unfortunately and sadly, I won’t be back 😕

Customer service today @ 9/30/2024 was not good at all. First of all I called around 5:58pm to place order for pick up at 7pm. I came in at 7:15pm and it wasn't ready. Then when I payed and opened the bag the 5 tacos I ordered additionally besides the two tortas were not there the man and young women were just playing games. Hire people who actually care and not people who have visitors pull up to sell drugs too! Check the cameras. That chubby Mexican dude cooking and in the back is no good

Customer service sucks 2 bad experiences first time I ordered I sat there at the window for 12 min after ordering my food 12 min later she asked me if I've ordered yet then asked me if I've paid and gives me an attitude about it smh then gives me my order 5 min later second time the window was wide open and the lady's were just staring at me like what the hell was I doing there they never helped or even approached so I just drove off they act like the don't speak English or Spanish there if your going to order just get off or make sure you sign in take a number whatever the case bring some lawn chairs it'll be a while
