Wanted to ride the 40 miles to ennis and eat at wildflower only to find it closed. Not sure if covid got it or if they are remodeling. Didn't see any signs.

Love this place for grabbing lunch when we are in town! The food is delicious and the service is the best. I called ahead to order and they delivered it to my car for me. They even brought me products I bought to my car with my food. Highly recommend them for a great lunch and some fun new goodies.

What a treat! Very tasty meals, very well designed and thoughtful. I loved the traditional hot ham n cheese with fresh fruit, lettuce and chips. The wife enjoyed the reuben and we both had the peach tea. Thank you!!

I had chicken spaghetti for lunch yesterday. It was delicious. I did the curbside service and it worked perfect. I have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I drove to Ennis, about an hour from Dallas, to see what's happening in this small town. The historic downtown is being renovated. Wildflower Cafe is in the heart of the district and has been there for many years. This is the second time I've eaten there. It is within the store which sells a nice selection of women's fashions and accessories. The cafe's decor is charming. The menu is varied with soups, salads and sandwiches. They serve combos of half and half. Their specialty is chicken salad on croissant which I had with a greek salad. Yummy! I think, for now, this is the best restaurant for lunch in Ennis.
