I called the store 4 times and each call rang for over a minute. I used to work in that store so it’s not too hard to answer the phone during a lunch rush as long as there’s two people. this store has just gotten worse and worse since 2020. they don’t bother to answer the phone nor do they call you and let you know if something is out of stock, they just put whatever they think would be fine and don’t tell you about any changes or anything.

Probably won't go back to this location, while I was ordering sandwiches the lady told some guy that there are ants behind the bread machines. Should have left right then, but my kid was screaming for a sandwich. Ordered 2 kids meal ham sandwiches, there was 2 thin slices of ham on it, didn't even fill the length of the sandwich ( I added more ham from my fridge when we got home so they could eat it ) we weren't offered chips or drinks or even the full kids meals she just rang up the sandwiches and told me the total, and I asked if I could add a drink and before I could even ask for anything else she already had my new total. I ended up going next door to the gas station to get chips because I was over it. Got home to eat and I ended up throwing it away after 1 bite. Tomatoes were so mushy, bread was old and stale, i couldnt even chew through the banana peppers , just the worst I have ever had. Very disappointed I wasted money here today.

I ordered two meatball subs through the app and the store called me and said they were out of meatballs and cheese. I asked if I could order something else he said no and to go on the app and cancel the order. There’s no option on the app to cancel so I called back and he said there’s nothing he can do to just call my bank and dispute it. I used $8 worth of rewards bucks so now I’m out my money and my rewards points. This store is awful!!!

Been a while because service and who ever managed the place sucked so bad, now even worse, prices high, buns smaller, hardly any meat, sides were all old and wilted, done with subway!

I purchased sandwiches through the app for the used to store. It said it was gonna take 30 minutes waited. after 30 minutes, I got there and they didn’t even start making my sandwiches yet there was someone left there by himself and he didn’t even speak to me until the two people in front of me were finished, leaving my order almost an hour without being made. I wanted a refund but because I purchased in the app they weren’t able to give me one when I got home. Every single one of my sandwiches were wrong. I still would like a refund or to talk to a manager since no one answers the phone at the store.

My Sub Club foot long wheat bread was dry & hard, was not toasted.other stores bread is fresh not here, old bread. Will not be back, go to Maybank from now on.

My husband and I live in gun barrel, we drive to eustace to subway… eustace is so much better, they always have what we want… Sandra, the manager, is awesome…. Very friendly…I think she deserves a raise….Keep up the good work Sandra!!

So this evening my girlfriend and I both placed separate mobile orders. I ordered the sweet onion steak teriyaki on cheese bread. Right after I placed my order. They called me to tell me they were out of chicken, after checking my order again, I ordered the steak so I'm not sure why they called me. My girlfriend ordered a turkey sandwich and as we were walking out the door they called her to tell her they were out of turkey. When we arrived at the store to pick up our orders an hour and a half before they closed, I noticed that the entire assembly line or the majority of the assembly line had already been broken down and almost everything was put away. So I wonder if they were actually out of turkey, or if they just didn't want to get everything out to make the sandwich. One of the largest or one of the largest sandwich shops around, in a town of less than 1,000 people, should never run out of ingredients. Pretty sad. This is one of the many reasons I rarely come here.

We had a woman employee named Brenda making sandwiches for my wife and kids and did a Awsome job, polite and courteous. But then the manager came in and started making my sandwich, did a terrible job, rude and disrespectful. I vote that manager be fired and that Brenda run the show if subway is interested in respect and profits...
