The Ribs were absolutely amazing they were very tasty and on point, very tender but the Brisket was dry so dry I couldn't eat it all... But I will come back just for the Ribs.. they were excellent.

My husband and I tried Hickory Stick for the first time today. The staff is friendly and has great customer service. The price is reasonable for what you get. We shared a 3 meat plate-the ribs were my favorite:fall off the bone but the meat still held together. The schooner of beer was ice cold and the best price anywhere. We will be back!

Great BBQ and sides. On Friday and Saturday they have a thick bone in pork chop that is literally the biggest pork chop I've ever seen. And it's tender and juicy. Ol school BBQ at its finest.
