Food was good :) I only ordered a side of hash brown but i liked it better than many other restaurants’. The server was helpful and amicable. I felt like i was at a family member’s house :). They were also giving away cake because of a party their family had recently. It was soooooo good. Some of the best cake I’ve had :)

Menudo was great, it was the first time eating there. Was a little confused if we are supposed to order first at counter or if waitress was supposed to come to us....either way service could have been better. Im still interested is trying out the rest of food on menu but Next time we'll definitely order to go.

Really good homey cooking is found at this modest local restaurant. It was just what I was looking for in the area. The rice alone has a unique delicious flavor, making it suitable enough to eat alone. Never had that flavor before despite eating tons of Mexican rice in a hundred locations. The red salsa is very hot and the green is delicious with less heat. Bean burrito is quite large at a great price. Service was very nice. Tostadas not fancy but filling and tasty. Great cucumber drink for those who like the flavor. There's a park nearby to eat carryout in. Enjoyed it!
