I asked for a pepperoni pizza with cheese on the edge at the window and supposedly they didn't have it available so I asked for an extra bester and they gave me a pizza that looked like it was 3 days old, cold and dry, they shouldn't deliver pizzas in that condition, I've never had them past in this branch because there is certainly new staff

If I could rate this a 0 I would! Store was empty and they left me waiting at the drive thru for 10 minutes! I had to go to the window to be able to talk to someone and some girl (on the chunkier side) said it was because they were busy? And was obviously upset because I asked! I could see one of the workers in the back laughing and rolling his eyes.

If i could give half a star i would. The service sucks they turn off most of the lights to act as if they are closed. They tell you that they can not make what you want because it is too late and sell you instead hot and ready that who knows how long its been sitting.

Can't give less when you ask for extra red pepper after taking two pizza and they give you this. Franchise is gettingworse by hiring this young kids
Terrible service first they don’t speak English pinoclenl of living in the USA. Second they don’t want to work anything 9 pm they don’t want to make they say they don’t want to work that it’s too late. They close @10pm and I order @9. You either need to fire them and hire some people that want to WORK AND THAT they speak THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE of THE WORLD ENGLISH. Or simply fire them they are giving out a bad reputation to your name.THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN FOR DECIVING BUSSINE BBB will be paying a visit soon and shutting them down. Do not ATTEND HERE YOURE BETTER OFF SPENDING MONEY IN ANOTHER TOWN . I repeat do not attend here. Will be reporting to BBB and as welll to your subway. Thank you

Soooooooooo we purchased 3 pizzas and guess what the guy on drive thru dropped one of the pizzas. Picked it up and placed it back in the warmer. Hadn't realized that he decided to hand it to us. I get home and guess what, he had handed it to us. From my understanding under guidelines by the food and health administration it's to be DISPOSED of David R. So I proceed to call to speak to the manager Brenda and was left on hold for 15 minutes after she picked up. Horrible!!!!! Train your employees better!!!!!

The pizza we got was almost paper thin and cold. I ordered online to do self-service pick-in, but the doors were locked way before closing. I had to get back in my car and go through the drive-thru after having parked and tried to go in. The parking lot and drive-thru are very poorly lighted.
Parking: The parking lot is poorly lighted. That's probably why they lock the door even when they're still open; it'd be easy for someone to sneak up to the door once it's dark.
