I usually come for breakfast 🍳. This is a hit or miss place, sometimes the chicken tastes fresh and most times it feels the chicken has been sitting out for a century and the taste is horrible. The biscuits are the same way, today the biscuits was dry and the egg tasted old, hard and disgusting.
Service is great, it is clean. Coffee is fresh and hot, this is probably the only thing that makes me come to McDonalds.
Kindly make your food quality better. I spend money to get a fresh meal not a century old food.

Terrible service, the manager gave me a smaller cup than what I had purchased, and she was refusing to give me the correct size. I had to point out and show her the labels on the cups. After that, she had no choice but to give me the correct size. Even though i finally got my order corrected, it was a completely unnecessary argument when all i wanted was a quick snack and a drink.

My whole order was wrong n they gave me the wrong receipt
Disappointed with this Mc Donalds first because they always get my order wrong! Second because the receipt they print out is whited from the middle so it doesn't have the order number to leave a survey!! Probably because they know how bad they are!! And second the Coke here is NOT COKE!! It's taste watered down like a cheap version of coke!! The only thing I like here is the iced coffee! Customer service is bad!! It's the only mc donalds here in town. So sometimes I'm forced to buy here for emergencies but on other days I travel to the one on horizon or eastlake!! Customer service is bad around lunch time!! Plus they take forever to make your order!! There is always a long drive thru line of cars its ridiculous and i swear its about a 40 mins wait before you even get to the first window! Just to get your order wrong and then they get mad cuz you tell them!! Wish there was a whataburger here tbh!! I feel bad for truckers that stop here!!

I've been to McDonald's all around the world and this has to be the international record holder for my favorite meal, two McDoubles and a medium fry. They jumped on it like we were riding the millennium falcon. My meal was ready by the time it took me to walk to my car grab my hat and as my butt hit the seat my meal was handed to me! Shout out to the Fabens crew!!

You can never go wrong with their 40-piece nuggets, and who said those are just for kids? They were fresh and hot. The server in drive thru remembered napkins, straws, and my stash of salt! The condiments were correct. He even rolled down the sack tightly to keep the contents nice and hot to our destination. Thank you ALL at McDonald's, that was team work!
Parking: Nothing out of the ordinary. There were 2 drive thru lanes and they didn't seem confused one bit!! Nice job guys and gals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables were noticed with 3 chairs and an empty spot marked for wheelchair customers ONLY.
In the Women's restroom, a handicap stall was big enough to turn around, Wash sinks in the main area were at the right height and the entire restroom was nothing but spotless. Good teamwork!
