I got a quarter pound with bacon and a caramel macchiato because that’s what I usually order from this chain but they made everything wrong, my burger didn’t have bacon, my coffee tasted horrible and they refused to change it. I rather drive elsewhere; this specific location sucks. The employees refused to help, and the manager suggested to call a 1-800 number but she didn’t provide it entirely, Viviana was the name of the manager.

I was sent to wait in a parking #1. Waited over 15 minutes, called in they apologized, said there were many orders for Fish Filets, which I doubted. Said your order will be there in 3 minutes, took Another 10 minutes. I will never go to that particular McDonald's again, I have had another incident happen before.
