We absolutely love this place. Tonight unfortunately will make us not go back. We placed a phone order like we have many times. They told us our food would be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up and had to wait an additional 30 minutes (which is understandable they were packed.) Once we arrived home we realized our entire order was wrong, I called back to let them know and once I told them my order was wrong they left me on hold for over 20 minutes. We then proceeded to go back, as soon as we walked in the young man who was the cook rolled his eyes and told the young lady look that’s who called. They then proceeded to re-do our order and guess what it was wrong again (thank God for the epi-pen as Im allergic to mustard) This is truly upsetting. We’ve never had this issue with Melinda or any of the other staff.
