Food was good. Server was terrible, when asked questions about menu and when she brought wrong order. Spoke with server about poor service and requested company contact, She declined and informed me that it wouldn’t do any good, because she was quitting. I frequently travel to the area and will have to find another Italian restaurant with employees wanting to work there and serve.
I have never left a review before, we are visiting family and decided on pizza for lunch. Worst customer service ever! The lady Andrea was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even tell us what size pizza they have and when we asked questions she hung up on us. I called back trying to be nice again. She was rude again and hung up the phone. The boyfriend and I just came in their there was two young ladies who took one got our drink order and the other girl got everything else. The boyfriend got pizza dbl pepperoni and I got fettuccine Alfredo. His small pizza was huge (dominos med) my fett made me full. Small cozy casual place. Nice servers the one we had did an awesome job. Food was good! Definitely coming back since it’s 10minutes from the house.
