Stopped on a slow Sunday. 3 young employees there. I asked for a whopper except on the smaller whopper Jr. Bun as I can't eat a lot of bread... cashier wasn't sure how to do this, so a young lady asked me.. and yes, they can do that..(No one ever ordered that before...) so they make tge full whopper meat patty put on a smaller jr bun. And tgey cooked fresh onion rings for mr. It was hot fresh and delicious. The 3 clerks couldn'thave been any nicer. You always hear the bad things. Criticisms. But this time its an excellent review. At Burger King!

I wish I could rate this lower. Where do I begin. Quite possibly the worst fast food joint in this town. Store is filthy, employees are apathetic and it's really damning that the GM there is also uncaring. I never seen a GM so mean and crappy to the employees and customers. For example I ordered from the drive thru and my drink wasn't filled up all the way and my order was completely wrong. Today I was picking up an order via the bk app and while the store was gonna be busy cuz of the rush, which understandable, after a long wait, the employee that handed me what was supposed to be 2 drinks only gave me one. When the plastic lid fell on the ground i just filled up my drink and left. Never going here again

After several years of having this unexpected to hear that. really disappointed when employees are killing our beloved brand. Very low customer service. The young lady working drive through has absolutely no customer service skill, I was asked to pull up for them to apparently heat my food in a microwave because the paper around it is melted to the food, when she finally brought my food out I still said thank you, she walked off without a word. The general manager needs to really come in and do some fixing. If it weren't for hungry, desperate truck drivers I assure you, it would have already been shut down. I never complain but this is just completely ridiculous and I pray you remember how you serve people when your out eating and everything goes wrong with your meal. So I ordered a whooper at the window 🪟 and because I wouldn’t pull up to the yellow line she refunded me my order!! I’m not gonna cheat your clock ⏰ and you wouldn’t even honor YALL COUPON. Stop 🛑 it! Stop telling people to pull up for nothing! Make the food and honor your time on your clock and stop being LAZY!!

My family of 4 came in there and when I ordered the munchie box, a lady in the kitchen immediately sighed and made a comment of frustration with it. One gentleman had to help the cashier who got our order wrong so that was nice. We had bacon on a burger we requested off, tacos were burnt as well as fries. Had a cookie and taco missing as well. We were limited on where to sit bc the ceiling was leaking and there was cleaning products on other tables left out of the booths were soaking wet. That was a one and done stop for this family.
