Stayed away from many Burger King stores when as a chain, they wouldn't allow ordering food inside during lockdown. Even when they're inside of a truckstop! Visited this one for the first time in nearly 3 years. Very friendly people. Order was actuate and unlike most BKs, my Egnormous burrito was HOT! Oh, and the unsweetened tea was fresh!
Update: since BK discontinued senoir discounts, & there's a new TA with a Whatabuger across the highway that DOES...

6-6-2024 @ 1342hrs (cst), there was a young black man (I don't know his name) working the counter. He took my order, told me the price. Ready to pay but he called his supervisor over, and a discount was added. I was wearing a ball cap that said Army Veteran (which I am), and he said we applied a discount for you. I was surprised. Did not even know that Burger King does that. For his act of kindness/professionalism, I reached in my wallet and presented him with a $50...

I've had good an bad experiences at this location. Half the time the drive through is either shut down or the food you order is wrong. Honestly I don't think the people at this location even try . I have given up on this place to eat in fairfield. I'm simply tired of ordering something that costs more an getting less for my money here!
