Cooper Farm appears to be more of a storefront with a gas station rather than a traditional farm—at least, we didn’t see a visible farm entrance. It’s possible we missed it. The store offers samples of ice cream and preserves, which is a nice touch. The salted caramel ice cream stood out as the best, surpassing their more heavily advertised peach flavor. However, we didn’t care for the black-eyed pea preserves. On the other hand, their peach salsa was quite good.

This review is only for the ice cream. The store was good as a whole! We wish we would have tried the peach ice cream before we got it..it’s really below average. It’s gritty….a hint of peach flavor but has an unusual artificial taste that I’m not sure what it was. I recommend getting a sample first…it seems a lot of people love it..maybe you will
