The only reason for two stars is our server was nice and smiling, we came through the drive through before 7pm ordered a dude burger, 6 or lg cheese sticks a Taco salad and a lg Heath blizzard $32.38 was the price which I thought was high but we were hungry sooo we got the blizzard and pulled up beyond the window behind the former customers waiting for their food. Now I went online and ordered this order which comes up to $24.86. I could not find an option to add both meats online which we did in person but still I do think extra meat was $8 we didn't get a receipt so I have no order number. I'm not looking for a refund all I'm saying is there are some sweet ppl working maybe they were in the weeds but the quality of our food the presision that was totally ignored while filling my order makes me sad for customer care and food quality. My husbands dude was cold, 3 cheese sticks were cold and not 6, the salad wasn't bad but it was intended to be cold and since my blizzard came first by the time the food came it was well on its way to being a milkshake.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen actually the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I was the only one there I ordered a salad and was told to go around front to wait. AND THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME THEN, ASKED IF I STILL WANTED MY FOOD??. The customer service is just as bad. I think my 3 year old niece has more common sense than every worker up there. I asked for French fry’s “oh so you want onion rings?”…. WHAT?! just ignorant. I will never be coming back to this Dairy Queen ever again. Thanks for reading my very first complaint on a restaurant lol.

They will not shut up long enough to take your order. They start talking while you are telling them your order. They ask if you want something after you already ordered it. This is why they can't get orders correct.

Everything was good but the wait today was horrendous. I also got the taco box with three tacos. One taco was literally just the shell, nothing in it lol like come on I know yall seen that lol

I hate to do this, because I really like dairy queen. But.. I love "the dude". On a positive note, it was still pretty good. I asked for ketchup and got none. Got two kids meals and no ketchup for them either. Thought that would go without asking. My wife got the chicken strip meal. They were inedible. No meat in them. All breading.

We love Dairy Queen for a quick senior meal. Can get the kids meal burger with fries, drink and dessert for 5.19 plus ask for a senior discount and you get 10% off. Great deal. Always have some fries leftover for our furry kids. Cant beat this deal.
