I stopped in a few weeks ago on my way to Oklahoma and forgot to leave my review. The kind young lady with pink hair (I don't know if she was a shift lead or a manager) was short handed and the truck hadn't arrived but in the midst of all that she and her cook done an excellent job steering the ship and getting the orders out hot and fresh and on time and I thought they were tremendous. I didn't want another day to go by without letting someone know their efforts and hope they can be rewarded proportionally. God bless

Spent 45$ getting 6 tacos and 3 combos, asked for 6 ranches at the window employee at the window stated that she can’t give us 6 but can give us 4, when we got 3 combos and 6 tacos… I went online and looked if I buy 6 tacos and put in 6 ranches I can and guess what it doesn’t charge me for it either… lol

Jack in the Box is always great. But I'm specifically leaving a review because A.K. (the man in the drive through), knows customer service and genuinely makes it a blast just getting food.

We went for a promotion that should be in all the premises Jack in the Box, and this one apparently did not have it, the lady who attended us was very rude, I am never to give bad comments, but I think that if you are attending to the public you should have a good attitude, with the clients

Walked in about 10 minutes till the lobby closed and honestly the family just needed to use the restroom. I was going to buy something just so we where not using the facilities without being a customer but was told by the lady at the front "we close our lobby in 10 minutes so we won't be taking any big orders" I told her we where just ordering fries and she just looked at me and said our lobby closes in 10 minutes you need to go through the drive through. Got the feeling she didn't want to work. Even if that's not the case that's the way it came across. A fry order doesn't take 10 minutes and it was to go so.... Do better.
