I stopped in a few weeks ago on my way to Oklahoma and forgot to leave my review. The kind young lady with pink hair (I don't know if she was a shift lead or a manager) was short handed and the truck hadn't arrived but in the midst of all that she and her cook done an excellent job steering the ship and getting the orders out hot and fresh and on time and I thought they were tremendous. I didn't want another day to go by without letting someone know their efforts...
Jack in the Box is always great. But I'm specifically leaving a review because A.K. (the man in the drive through), knows customer service and genuinely makes it a blast just getting food.

Whoever is working the drive through window on 9/28/24 around 1pm is literally the kindest! He provided the best customer service at a drive through I’ve ever experienced. I wish I got his name
