I ordered on the app, and when I picked it up they gave me the wrong bread on my sandwhiches, and I ordered 4 cookies, they only gave me three and they weren't the correct type either. This keeps happening and is getting old.

The lady maling the sandwiches was VERY RUDE...she having a bad day too bad I been working with the public for over 30 years ...no smile....gave a sandwich which was sitting on the counter....wrong size wrong bread type....I won't be back there again.....

That manager needs to get herself under control. The employees are working really hard and she can’t seem to keep her expressions and mutters to her self. No need to be rude to customers or the employees.

The employee here don’t even changed gloves after handling the money. Also there is a major hygiene problem I also see insects flying in the store and they also have the nerve to just fuss. After asking politely to please use clean gloves

The company who owns this location recently sent a representative who now oversees the day to day operation. I have seen a HUGE change for the better since this young man arrived. I have been coming to this location for years and this is the best it has ever been.

This place is a joke. They need to fire everyone and start over. To wait almost an hour on sandwiches that were pre ordered through the app is insane. The food quality here is terrible and the sandwiches are just thrown together. The employees are rude and unwelcoming, and just stand around until you pretty much have to force them to speak with you. I love subway but I will not be back to this location. Do better, subway.

Initially tried to pick up my mobile order (a single footlong with no modifications) through the drive thru but no one ever spoke at the speaker after waiting several minutes, so I pulled around front to pick up inside. Only received half my footlong. Thankfully this location is close to home because I drove all the way home without checking (assumed the simple order would be complete and correct.)

It was close to the closing hour, so I tried calling to let them know I was on my way but they refused to pick up the phone. To their credit, they were apologetic and made the other half of my sandwich, and the sandwich was fine, but it was a lot of effort for what it was. Giving three stars for them fixing it and the order being decent when complete.

I've had similar issues with staff with the attached TX Burger though which is why I don't go to that either, don't know why the subway would be any different. It's genuinely a shame because I am a local, and they are running a good deal right now with the $7 footlong. Not as great a deal at $7 for a 6 inch though which is higher than the menu price... which is what it would have been if I hadn't gotten back to the location before they closed.

The staff are not very attentive nor professional. They have very loud personal conversations that customers do not want to here instead of taking your order. The food is ok. The bread is always very chewy or stale so just be prepared for a jaw work out.

Very rude and out of 3 sandwich’s .. none of them were right. Called to try to get it corrected, and got laughed at and hung up on.. I won’t ever go back!

The door states that it opens at 9am for Tx burger and subway the worker was standing outside smoke a cigarette on the phone instead of opening the other worker came in the door at 901 then I knocked on the door that’s when she came to the door to unlock and said I’m sorry we don’t open until 10 ish when the door and the internet states 9amHIGHLY DONT SUGGEST GOING HERE
