Initially tried to pick up my mobile order (a single footlong with no modifications) through the drive thru but no one ever spoke at the speaker after waiting several minutes, so I pulled around front to pick up inside. Only received half my footlong. Thankfully this location is close to home because I drove all the way home without checking (assumed the simple order would be complete and correct.)
It was close to the closing hour, so I tried calling to let them know I was on my way but they refused to pick up the phone. To their credit, they were apologetic and made the other half of my sandwich, and the sandwich was fine, but it was a lot of effort for what it was. Giving three stars for them fixing it and the order being decent when complete.
I've had similar issues with staff with the attached TX Burger though which is why I don't go to that either, don't know why the subway would be any different. It's genuinely a shame because I am a local, and they are running a good deal right now with the $7 footlong. Not as great a deal at $7 for a 6 inch though which is higher than the menu price... which is what it would have been if I hadn't gotten back to the location before they closed.

The staff are not very attentive nor professional. They have very loud personal conversations that customers do not want to here instead of taking your order. The food is ok. The bread is always very chewy or stale so just be prepared for a jaw work out.

The door states that it opens at 9am for Tx burger and subway the worker was standing outside smoke a cigarette on the phone instead of opening the other worker came in the door at 901 then I knocked on the door that’s when she came to the door to unlock and said I’m sorry we don’t open until 10 ish when the door and the internet states 9amHIGHLY DONT SUGGEST GOING HERE

Bad bad experience. Ordered FL pro, BMT only received two out of three meats. When I returned the sandwich they started tearing it apart and attempted to ad the meat. I'm sorry but the right thing to do is re make the sandwich. I left, Without a sandwich or refund. The employee that prepared couldn't even be bothered to cut the sandwich thru after requesting to have it cut twice. Poor training or couldn't be bothered.

Good Service and quick sandwich artisans. This place is about a couple of building north of the highway exit pass the gas's station on your right side.. It's hard to see because it shares the building with TX Burger. And that building is hiding behind the Dairy Queen. There is plenty of seating area commonly shared. Clean bathroom too. 06.05.2022
Showed up at 1:55pm for lunch during a drive to dallas. Location closed at 2p for holiday and the staff chose to ask us to leave since they were closed even though we had already been there waiting for a few minutes for service. Rude and unapologetic staff. That’s why I avoid fast food. Great job subway!
