Tried the new protein pockets. Wanted to sub ranch for honey mustard. Was not allowed, couldn’t even pay extra to sub. But I could get ranch on the side. Had to get the pocket EXACTLY how the card told them to fix it….including two tomatoes and two pickles, no more. Yet sandwiches are still unlimited veggies and sauces.

Long, dreadful roadtrip to my mother's funeral after her incredibly sudden death. We stopped to eat at the subway. Suffice to say, I wasn't in the best of spirits walking in But customer experience was absolutely amazing. Employee Jacob was definitely a bright spot in this trip. Great guy, ray of sunshine, good customer service tone and banter. Huge comfort amidst it all to get to chat with the guy.
Food was fresh n tasty, place is comfy, service was awesome. Good place, seems like a fun spot to visit with with friends. We saw a bunch a people whod gone here with their friends when we walked in. Looked like they had a real good time. Jacob is a prince and treasure give him raises.

Worst burger I’ve ever eaten! The staff was rude! I waited 25 minutes for my order. As I stood there, there were fries under the warmer for a good 20 minutes. I see her finally bagging my order. As she reached for those old cold fries I stopped her and said don’t put those old cold fries in my bag. She stopped and said they’re not cold. I said well they’re not hot! The guy on the line said she’s right and made fresh ones! The meat is so fried they were hard to chew.

I had the regular burger and onion rings, and my husband had the grilled cheese cheeseburger and french fries with a soft drink. Every bite of our food was excellent, and my husband especially loved his grilled cheese cheeseburger. It’ll be his usual order from now on he says. Our service was excellent and Dai took great care of us. We love this stop for food on the way home from DFW.

Stopped by with my sisters today. The food was good and the staff was friendly. However my rating is based on the cleanliness, or lack of. The floors and tables were sticky. Idk of they are cleaning with the same cloths and mops as the kitchen. It smells a bit musty. Gnats all around the soda fountain. What threw me off was that there was no music. Only a church service playing through the speakers. If I wanted church I'd go to church. I didnt dare going to the restroom. However my sister said it smelled like sewer. Even though this food was highly reccomended to us, I won't be stopping by again. As someone that has worked in a restaurant setting... please go in 1 day earlier or stay 1 day a little extra to clean properly. Everything has a greasy sticky feeling.
