My family stopped at TA for gas as we were returning home from visiting my parents for Christmas, and it had Whataburger inside. My wife grabbed us some breakfast items while I pumped the gas. When I was done she dragged me back to the Whataburger. It seems they were offering a free coffee or cold coffee for veterans. I felt truly honored that they would do this so apart from Veterans Day. I absolutely loved this location! Service was fast and the employees were friendly and very helpful. We ordered whatawings, fries, drinks, and a grilled chicken sandwich. There was a delicious fruity drink that was my first time having and it had a whipped topping and it was full of boboa and it was a berry flavor 😋
The food seemed like it was reheated. Even with the veggies on it. My wife felt sick right after eating. The self ordering station didn't have the little tents to get a number to put down for the order. So you go through the whole thing doing your order. Then you get to the end and have to cancel the whole thing because they don't have the tent things there. And they weren't really that busy. So I know they could have done much better.
