I cannot express how disappointing our experience was at this McDonald's. From the moment we pulled up to the window, the red flags started flying. The employee was clearly untrained, asking if we had ordered beforehand and if we'd been charged.:.a simple task turned into a confusing ordeal.
But it gets worse. Upon opening our box of chicken nugget, we found a pair of used fake eyelashes inside. Yes, you read that right — fake eyelashes in our food. It’s clear evidence that the employees at this location do not care about maintaining basic hygiene or running a proper establishment.
When my fiancé called to report this, the staff mocked him, laughed, called him names, and then hung up on him. When he called again, he remained calm and respectful, only to be met with further disrespect.
If you're looking for a place with basic standards of cleanliness and customer service, avoid this McDonald's at all costs. The employees here are not only unprofessional, but they also seem to have no regard for the quality or safety of their food. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

The cashier was awsome had great customer service amd even came to our table and asked if we were all good . It was awsome way to go yo. You made our stop more comforting. More people need to be like you when working in the job your in. You made our day at that moment

Yesterday we went inside around 3pm because the drive thru was so long we got our food after 30 mins of standing in the front. My boyfriends sweet tea was unsweet. His hot and spicy mcchickens were plain and dry when he wanted them regular. And my cheeseburger had no pickles or dressing!!! Like, wow!! It was a very horrible service, and we were on a time crunch...

The closing hours Monday to Thursday are until 12am drive thru which is NOT TRUE the crew close at 10pm and hang out in the lobby. Several vehicles including myself waited in line for no one to notify us that they are not attending. All the night crew with the manager should be fired!!!
