Overall it was an okay experience. Wasn’t expecting anything crazy. The food was well prepared; but if you get the side of fried rice it is very lacking. No veggies or egg in it like most places. Chicken tasted very stale and batched as if it had been sitting there or a little over fried (on both the sesame and orange chicken) The dumplings were good, had a good texture as well. The crab rangoons were off, it had crab meat but definitely wasn’t accompanied by cream cheese like I was expecting. Maybe just a different recipe but not what you’d expect when ordering this dish. Over all good portions and not a bad price. I’d like to try it again on a busier day, I think we caught them at the end of the day on a Monday so it was just slow.

Had the Blue dragon with fried rice and was extremely disappointed. The meat had no flavor and the vegetables were a weird texture and tasted off. The fried rice was mediocre and the sauce was the only good part of the meal. Portion was large but it was not worth $17 (also got a can of coke).

Ordered UberEats for lunch. I always look at the UE rating (4.7) vs the Google review rating (4.1). Ok 🤷🏽♀️ but still tried since the recent reviews were decent. Smh 🤦🏽♀️ the rice was tangy and very hard. The meat had no flavor almost like it was boiled or steamed with the rice all no real taste. My daughter had combo fried and I had chicken fried rice. Both were not good. I tried a piece of her steak and immediately spit it out. A waste of money. Now we’re still looking for food 🙄.

Absolutely without doubt THE best General Tso's Chicken I have had in Dallas...honestly. And I lived in NYC for 23 years with the best Chinese takeout on the planet and Blue Dragon is 100% in that league. It looks EXACTLY like their pic. It should always be dark and crisp and look like the sauce is shellacked on it like gloss. It is AMAZING !! I will not ever order Chinese food from any other Chinese restaurant in Dallas again. Blue dragon is my new go to absolute 100% favorite Chinese restaurant in the Big D. Here is a hint: if you order general towels, chicken from another restaurant, look at their pic if it is not dark and glossy, do not order it. It should always look like it does at the Blue Dragon. Amazing!!

I walked in and got take out. The person I spoke to was awesome! Super friendly and thorough. The chicken teriyaki skewers and butterfly shrimp were way overcooked and dry. Portions were big, plenty of rice and vegetables.... just too bad the proteins were overcooked. I would cautiously try it again.

They food quality is great they give u a lot of rice but are stingy with the chicken i’m about 25 minutes away. I called and they said I could bring that which is great but when you have 25 minutes away like this time to eat because I’m so hungry I got garlic chicken and there’s like one chicken tenderloin cut up but nothing but vegetables is the remaining y’all better
