THIS IS THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IVE BEEN TO! I’m normally not a person who gives bad reviews but this was my worst experience! This is for everyone think TWICE before going to this store. I decided to go inside to make my order for my boss which is always custom I waited more than 5 min to get greeted. There were only 3 workers two in the back one at front the two in the back were just looking at me without saying anything. After so many minutes finally the lady comes at me and ask for my order I said can I get this one it was a coupon with a purchase of a sourdough you get a jr jumbo free. I’m explaining everything because I already sent an email to the company (NO ANSWER) called the restaurant and NO answer as well. I asked for everything on the side (mayo, tomato and ketchup) again this was for my boss and they’ve done that before and she goes straight up to me before I even finish “Oh no we don’t do that, I can’t” and I said what? So you guys don’t do what the customer wants? They’ve done that before and she says “No” I asked for my coupon back and decided to leave. But still I had a free regular soda that wasn’t able to get a week before because “they didn’t had any” I asked for that and she gave me the coke with NO ice when she didn’t even ask me and only half a cup of soda to that I was already pissed off and asked for her name she turned around and walked to drive through window and said “Ana” without even looking at the customer. Plus they were talking about the team from the night before complaining they didn’t clean, restocked and all of that. Jack in the box is this what they teach to their employees? What a shame. Honestly I’m not coming back to this location at all and I hope so many people see my review so that way you guys think twice before get y’all’s food imagine eating something when someone’s is giving it to you in a bad way.

Went to Jack In The Box yesterday to get a couple cheeseburgers. I've never tasted nothing so bad in my entire life. Nasty greasy cheese tasted terrible. You should teach your people how to cook a hamburger. Will absolutely never go to Jack In The Box again absolutely disgusting

One of the best location that has GREAT milk tea boba, I come all the way over here just for it bc i genuinely love it 😍 highly recommend to try the boba tea (le pongo 5 estrellas porque no se pueden poner más)
