I ordered the Jacks Favorites box. It's worth it. I didn't like the sauces, but I don't like sauces anyway. This box is enough food for two people to share. They served it fresh and hot. I was able to make it to the hotel, and it was still hot.
Raw food and abusive staff. They will follow you to your car! Corporate will do nothing! They say "follow up" but what they mean is "get lost"

Food was basically raw and staff actually was rude and abusive. Be cautious they will follow you to your car and take a picture of your licenses plate while yelling.

I have not been to a fast food restaurants in quite awhile, as soon as I walked in there was nobody behind the registers. The manager came up and had a very bad looking attitude, was not nice at all. Nore did she even have a smile when she greeted me. I would never go to that Jack in the box store ever again. At least the cashier came back and served my food with a smile.

I was in this location on Saturday 2/17. A lady and man brought their food back in and said there were food quality issues. The manager refused to replace the food. She called the customer stupid. I was appalled and decided to leave the store. Such poor customer service and unprofessional.
Went to one Jack in the box drive through and left after 15 minute wait. Dice to another Jack an the box and waited another 15 minutes.

ITS SILPLE WEAR GLOVES, I was speechless the young man on fry’s had on gloves. But the girl fixing the food had NO HAIR NET OR NO GLOVES. Oh I wanted to take pictures so bad - this was not cool. 12-13-2023 at 4:56pm look at the cameras in this location. Then she picks her phone up to start talking WHAT THE HELL. I put this food in the trash. Someone from management should just pop up surprise visit.Just teach them how to use glove’s especially when you are preparing food. It’s respect and how would you feel watching someone make your food. I always wondered why this location didn’t have much traffic.
