If your restaurant isn't going to make the food for Uber/Doordash orders then don't offer the service. Your employees habe made several drivers wait for long periods of time, accepting orders and then don't make the food. That is just wrong.

This place deserves 0 stars!!!!! Do not eat at this nasty location terrible customer service no one speaks when you first walk in! They do not keep the lobby clean . And the manager Cindy clearly sees the mess and does nothing . I can only imagine how nasty it is behind the counter !

Many time that i have ordered tacos 🌮 they are cold/ not even warm. As if the tacos are made up and sitting in grease. The place could be shut down for serving food at not hot enough temp. The tacos are actually cold 🥶 I doubt they even wear gloves. You can't really see the people working in the back and i'm actually scared even pull through her at night. With the young teenagers in charge! No telling what goes on. 🤮Uncleanliness.cold food! Get a manger to over see all this. Especially night shift. They've been cold

Absolutely Horrible!!!!! This has to be the slowest drive thru on the planet. First you have to tell them multiple times at the speaker that you have a mobile order, & when you give them your name, they can't seem to understand it because they don't understand simple English. I was so upset by this terrible experience, I pulled into a car wash & threw all the food in the trash!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! 2/24/25
