This place is hit or miss. This is why they got a second star. I ordered my food, loaded tiny tacos and 2 regular tacos a d a LG drink. Well, the little red haired keyhole took my card and, after texting someone for a bit gave me my card back, and then the drink with the lid not o. All the way... maybe she was distracted by whatever was in the text or maybe things happen...I'm handed my bag, it was light so I checked it... the tiny tacos had no toppings, it was wrong and...
I hadn't eaten all day, and my blood sugar was down. I went inside, there wasn't one person who greeted me and let me know they would be with me. They all looked up at some point and kept on doing what they were doing. Normally, this would have been enough for me to walk out, but like I said, ... blood sugar was down. I would like to thank the staff at this branch for everything they do, as they go above and beyond what is expected of them. I was in a critical situation emotionally and there were days when I spent a lot of time there, I will never forget the gesture of empathy from them, mainly the manager and the cashier.
