They don’t listen here. I’ve ordered the combo multiple times and only got the sandwhich. Not coming back. Hope this location closes and turns into something else bc I’ve lived next door for years and would love a good sandwhich shop.

I go to 5 different Jimmy John’s around the metroplex. This location is the best by far! Toppings always fresh, order always made correctly, bread almost always cooked properly. Keep up the good work guys!

The store employee was very rude from the moment I stepped foot in the store. The store was empty when I got there and he was sitting at the booth where customers sit on an iPad. He asked if I had on online order or would be placing one. I told him I was placing an order and he took a deep sigh and slammed the iPad on the counter. He went to the register with an attitude and asked for my order. Upon completing my order he went to the counter to begin preparing the food. While trying to pay I then told him he never gave me a chance to enter my phone number for my rewards. This really made him upset. He tore the receipt with the order on it down off of the clip and proceeded to redo the whole order at the register and then gave me an opportunity to put my phone number in and pay. While waiting for the sandwiches to be prepared I noticed I had rewards I could have used but he never bothered to see if I wanted to use it. It was a $5 off of $20 but he failed to even ask if I wanted to use it. Seeing he was so angry I didn’t even bother and took my food and left. I understand people have rough days but there was no reason to be upset with me. I didn’t make him apply for that job and there is no need to take his frustrations out on me. If I wouldn’t have been so hungry I would have just taken my business elsewhere. Please do better

Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches with double meat and it’s just all bread. Horrible quality and overpriced. Will never be back again
Place run by 2 people. There was a backing of people on the register, turning on and off card reader. One person on the phone order. People just left.

This is the saddest $10 sandwich I have ever tipped $3 for ? I had to add some of my own ingredients to fill up the bread. I can barely find the meat. I only asked for extra lettuce...nope ? This is a serious disappointment for Jimmy John's. I have always loved Jimmy John's.

Although it was a weird smell today inside Julia was working the cashier and she was super helpful while dealing with her co workers as well as walk in traffic her attention to detail makes sure no grist missed anything in their way out
