Broker didn't mention trailer temp must be set at -10 before loading. Check in process not great. Real tight to get in and out.
Local Oven was a co-manufacturer of one of our products for a short time. My company made a significant advance payment for raw materials which were never purchased or converted into finished goods for my company. The CEO, Todd Fitzerman, has held our money since November 2022 and has not returned it despite repeated attempts by myself and our attorney to collect what was taken. I highly advise against engaging in business with this company, please reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss further.
My favorite ❤️ place to eat Cafe Republic in Ft.Worth uses this bread & I love it.. Do you sell it to the public??? I would order a case !!
Best bread products around. They never disappoint!
Friendly professional great place to load
My restaurant serves the large gluten free tortilla and it is a hit! Plenty of guests have commented that it doesn't "taste" gluten free, which is a pretty high compliment! If you do have a gluten allergy, Local Oven is completely certified gluten free! Outside of work, I have also served the plain and everything bagels for get togethers at my home. If you love a good bagel but not the gluten sleepiness that follows, these are great. The owners are lovely people as well. Support a local business and pick up some yummy gluten free treats from here soon!
Fitzerman owners/ceo have a long history of fraud and embezzlement. Don’t do business with them if they’re the ones paying you!
Incredible gracious service! Wonderful selection.

I just ate at chopshop and ordered a gluten free wrap and I seriously thought they made a mistake because it tasted soooooo incredible!!! I have been gluten free for about 4 years now and I have NEVER tasted something this amazing!!!!!! The texture and consistency is the BEST!!!!!! THANK YOU for making something as perfect as this!!! Now where can I purchase them without being a wholesale?????

The absolute best gluten free buns I’ve ever found (and I’ve wasted hundreds of dollars trying about everything on the market)!
THE BEST GF bread ever! I was in a restaurant and they had it and I had to ask the server to go back in the kitchen and get me the brand and info. Ahhhhhmazing!
Breads is good. My grief with local oven is the hodgepodge container they use to ship there product. By the time the representative packs the box, they use a large standard bacis box, very very bulky plastic coated bubble wrap material that takes up most of the box! The ridiculous shipping costs are for a box that is not made to ship cold products, it is 2/3rd empty meaning they charged me over $70 dollars, small dry ice pack was melted. Half of the weight 4lbs or 2.3 kgs is for their packing material that does not maintain the products integrity, thawed by the time it arrives in New Mexico and we are their neighboring state. Lastly, they are notorious for shipping the wrong products.
They produce wonderful gluten-free products.
If you are considering being a supplier for Local Oven, you may want to reconsider. My company sold them a significant quantity of egg products almost a year ago, and we haven’t even received a partial payment. We would not do business with them again.
