First we order and they didn’t gave us the right food and then we go ask them to give to us and then they give to us but they said that they didn’t have no more fries and I know that is not true

I ordered a Big Mac meal and I got the wrong sandwich. I clearly asked for extra onions and instead I got a Big Mac with just cheese, lettuce and lettuce. I don’t understand what’s so hard with reading the order on the screen and making sure it goes into the correct bag.

This location is going down hill fast. It used to be amazing. I went here a few weeks ago and I kept having to tell the guy at the drive thru he was forgetting half of my order. Then I just ordered using the mobile app and my boyfriend picked up the food. I asked for no ketchup and they put a big glob of it and a little tiny dot of mustard. I asked for no onions on my 7 year old's burger and it was covered in them. And there was a hair embedded in the mayo of my daughter's burger and we had to drive back up there. Then they tried to act like we didnt just get the food from their location and all the workers were standing around staring at the burger with the hair in it. They remade the burger but forgot to put mayo on it. Looks like nothing but a bunch of young kids working there. Any restaurant that just has a bunch of high schoolers is always a place to avoid. We will be driving farther to go to the beltline location from here on out.

The location is clean and the staff are friendly but not very helpful.
If you are in a rush and need a quick meal this can be a good option. I generally get the grilled chicken sandwich if at all I visit McDonalds. It is the healthiest item they have and has the convenience of being able to drive in and out in a few min if you are within a time constraint. The sandwich is healthy and doesn’t taste all that bad.
Recency the standards have gone down even more than they use to. I picked up a snack wrap and had a peace of chicken that was maybe a 1.5 inches at best when the wrap is about 5 inches. So it really didn’t have any protein. I was told that’s the corporate rule.

Food is ALWAYS cold. And people in windows are rude and if you do not have money in hand your are taking their time, but if they are not ready, its not their fault you have to wait on them to finish their date night story, to other employees

I passes by the drive through to order something. Waited for abt 10 minutes. After saying hello few times.No one took my order. Drove to the next window to see if anyone could take my order. Someone did but they asked me to move forward to wait. I was in the car for about 15 min and noone came out. Went inside to tell them am still waiting for my order. And they told me it woulnt be long. After waiting a while and tables been served ( called by #s ) I ask how long will my food take? One if supposibly managers at the moment told me i have to wait but not in a nice tone. I mentioned i have been waiting for too long and tgat am late for a meeting but he didnt care. I asked repetidly to pls give me a fry or anything instead of what i have order bcs it was not ready but he ignored and sayd to be patient and wait not in a nice tone. I vontinue waiting but he kept calling other tables when i have asked to pls give me anything and Again I was ignored. So I left. I have never waited for abt 45 min in a mcd for food and a a drive througb order and been ignored and not in a nice tone. So I called customer service. They said they will call me back and they will give me the money back but after almost a month. Noone reached out to me. Will never visit this place again.
