I love this place, always friendly with amazing food. Been coming here for a while but for some reason never left a review until now and anyone ever was wondering about stopping by to try I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! Absolutely will NOT Disappoint!

The prices online and on their menu in person does not match the prices they charge upon paying. I asked the cashier why it was different and she said “prices have changed.” I’m okay with paying but prices should definitely match big menu and online— They need to fix that because that’s not right.

I ordered a pickup order for ground beef with cheese gorditas and they gave me all cheese gorditas. I called back and they proceeded to tell me I asked for cheese only and they only charged me for that. Why anyone would order cheese only gorditas is beyond me. If that was the case i would have ordered quesadillas. They wouldn't replace it unless I paid for the meat. Take it they charged me the normal price of the meat gordita and extra for the cheese and still wanted to charge for their mistake!!very frustrating!

Very delicious pozole, tamales and super fresh orange juice, a good place to be with the family, very friendly service.

Bad service I went for some gorditas and they gave them to me cold and badly fried, and the cashier had terrible service, I find a cashier who doesn't know how to speak English distasteful

I ordered 6 gorditas and I asked the kitchen lady if she would give me cream because the gorditas used to put cream on them and she only gave them to me with cabbage and sauce and the lady made a bad face at me

The food is good but they steal in credit transactions they charge 3% which is what the company charges per transaction which is the responsibility of the owner, that fee is not passed on to the consumer, many will think it is only 3% but if you count how many people pay in credit, personally it seems unfair to me to pay a credit payment service that does not correspond to me and the worst thing is that the receipt they give you does not stipulate 3%, only the price that it is, I hope the owner contacts me to this oh i will have to report it to consumer protection

Don't order in this place. There is a cashier with her arm covered in tattoos and she can't even make a simple order. I order my food by phone because I didn't really wanted to wait because that place in my opinion is a little dirty but I enjoy the food. Well I order my food by phone and this new casher that have her arm cover in tattoos took my order and couldn't even tell my how much it was going to be. Well when I arrive they only took half of my order saying that she didn't take the other half because she was to busy. The place was empty and now I know exactly why. I was basically forced to reorder my order because this incompetent couldn't take an order by phone. She said her name was Maria but I don't think so because she hesitate when I ask about her name. Not to mention she didn't apologize for not taking my order or anything. This place is losing quality and lack basic customer service.

The people who are working today are not friendly at all and I don't know who can eat a burnt and hard quesadilla, I always come here but lately bad service

My order of chicken flautas are horrible! The chicken is old, overheated, dry, flavorless. I think they reheated them because the tortilla was hard and so was the chicken. I will never buy anything from this refrigerator/restaurant again. The employees are very friendly and the place is very clean.
