I mobile ordered a meal for family’s dinner. When I arrived at the restaurant, the employee met me at the door. Apparently, the cook didn't show up to work. I asked him to please give me a refund. He tried to call his manager, who didn't answer. He asked if I could wait, but on this night I had no extra time. I did wait about 10 minutes and in this time, I never received my order or my refund.
