Terrible customer service. I walked into Smoothie King with no one else in the store and started placing my order, only to be rudely told to move to the front counter—which was literally a few steps away. Completely unnecessary, dismissive, and unwelcoming. If this is how customers are treated, they deserve this one-star review.

Embarrassing! I walked out with two other people that waited ten minutes of being ignored! Arrived with their cash register attendant attempting to refund a woman due to a disputed order. That took five minutes. Afterwards two employees started counting the register with no acknowledgment of us waiting. During this time one the employees left. When we walked out the two ladies were still messing with the register. Total incompetence

Sari was extremely helpful and patient with me. I hadn’t been to Smoothie King in awhile. She made suggestions, was willing to wait for me to get on the app, I had to request to change my password . It wasn’t worth my effort as I was in a rush to get back to work. The store was clean, music was nice and mellow which is what I needed to calm down from my fast morning. I’ll be back soon. Thanks for the great customer service .
