We first went to the Starbucks in Farmers Branch, I ordered a decaf iced vanilla sweet cream brew but was told they don't make decaf, they suggested the venti iced Americana (?) Vanilla pumps & half and half. It was the worse coffee I have ever tasted! Not decaf at all! I called the store they stated they added full espresso shots. They explained we could go back or stop at any Starbucks show the receipt and get a new drink. We pulled up to the Addison location off Beltline. They exchanged my drink without a problem. Thank you Starbucks! Excellent customer service 👏 👌

10 out of 10 experience! Long story short I got coffee from a different Starbucks location on my way to work and it was awful! I couldn’t even drink it! I went to the nearest Starbucks to my work wanting to request some extra pumps of white mocha just to see if it would help my drink taste better. Matthew displayed awesome customer service. Apologized, made me laugh and told me wanted to remake my drink so I could see how much better he could make it! THIS COFFEE TASTE HEAVILY !!!!! I don’t know if it’s the best coffee I’ve ever tasted or just the experience plus the taste of good coffee elevated it! give that boy a raise!!!

Starbucks always has the best combo of a bite to eat and coffee. The service is happy and friendly at this location. Will stop at this location when I am in the area every time. The service and attitude really top off the experience and make the atmosphere even better. Love this location! Keep up the great work!

I've enjoyed many Starbucks across the DFW area but I will definitely make a point to return to this specific location because of the services I received from an employee by the name of Valarie. She was polite,friendly, knowledge of her job and a joy to interact with. Her personality was dynamic and unique. Either give that girl a raise or make her a manager. Thank you Valerie for making me feel important this evening I truly needed that today
I go here ONLY because my mom won’t switch to Dutch bros. They always want to argue, feels like a hostile environment. I would avoid going here if you can.

As someone who suffers from IBS. I had to use the restroom but they forced me to make a purchase. I go here quite a bit in the mornings for coffee and never ran into this issue in the past. I did not have a choice… pay for something or embarrass myself.

I visited the store today and noticed a worker engaged in a conversation with two other co-workers while they prepared coffee. I patiently waited for her attention, but she seemed oblivious to my presence. Frustrated, I decided to leave. As I was about to exit, she inquired if I was ready to place an order. This was an appalling display of customer service.

This morning we had came to get an order for a coffee traveler which we had called for many times through the week, but when we arrived they told us it would be ready till an hour after we had requested it for. The barista was disrespectful because my sister was frustrated and had the right to be. Overall a bad experience at this Starbucks and had another store help us and make the coffee traveler within 15 minutes of us calling them
