Ordered grande latte with a shot of hazelnut. It came with 4 shots. Had to remake.

It is LOUD in the store. Like the AC/ machine noise is 60db. Constant drone is crazy. Bring ear plugs. The music is cranked to try to make it better but, it only make it worse.

Ordered on the app for pick up inside, got there and it was closed only drive thru was open waited for 45 minutes for my order while it had been ready since 9:45 when I get to the window my order was cold I asked for it to be warmed up and the guy that was there dismissed me with his hand another employee had to come and ask what was wrong. Horrible service at this location.

SLOW. Every time I visit this location, the drive through is so slow, regardless of the time of day or number of people in line ahead of me. Today I spent my entire 30 minute lunch break in the drive through line. This drive through does not have a way out once you're in it, so once you enter it, you are stuck. I ordered one drink, in advance on the mobile app, which should have been ready when I arrived. So frustrating.
