The worst starbucks location to exists expect to wait 15 mns for your order with no line
Drinks are watered down even something like a green tea latte tastes like water. But I think that is all Starbucks now.

Ordered on the app for pick up inside, got there and it was closed only drive thru was open waited for 45 minutes for my order while it had been ready since 9:45 when I get to the window my order was cold I asked for it to be warmed up and the guy that was there dismissed me with his hand another employee had to come and ask what was wrong. Horrible service at this location.

Did a mobile order and still had to wait 20 min till they made it. The lady was turning away customers because they couldn’t catch up on order and drive through orders it was horrible

SLOW. Every time I visit this location, the drive through is so slow, regardless of the time of day or number of people in line ahead of me. Today I spent my entire 30 minute lunch break in the drive through line. This drive through does not have a way out once you're in it, so once you enter it, you are stuck. I ordered one drink, in advance on the mobile app, which should have been ready when I arrived. So frustrating.

Slowest Starbucks in country? Isn’t the whole appeal of Starbucks fast coffee? Been here a few times and it’s consistently 15-20 just for a cold brew. Heaven help ya if you order something fancy. Today, 25 minutes.

After work i stopped by at this location to get a coffee . After repeating my order twice the order was still wrong. I didn’t notice until after u tasted the drink. I’m extremely annoyed because now I have to go to a location for them to re make my drink. I was told I couldn’t get a refund even when having the app. Starbucks you have to do better you should have better customer service specially when it wasn’t the customers fault. I can’t drive back to get a new coffee it makes no sense.
It’s now 755am I placed my order at 6:20 per the picture attached ! No one drank the drink! Now I’m out 10& plus haven’t had coffee!!!!

Day Is extremely rude and when I brought it to her attention, she looked rude and ignored me. I asked her name and she said it very quickly and quietly. I asked twice and she still said it too quickly and quietly; never looking up.
I told her that she's nice to the white lady but rude to me and she ignored me and looked as if she didn't care.

Super unorganised. I made a model order 30 minutes before picking it up and they only had my sandwich ready and not my drink. I waited ten minutes till I started to look for my drink myself and found it on the counter. And the guy making the drinks didn’t seem to even bother looking for my drink. This was such an inconvenience for me because it made me late for work when I was perfectly on time. The costumer service was awful definitely do not recommend this Starbucks if u have somewhere to be that day.

Got served by Roxy through the drive through, and she was the worst. Gave her a tip and she snatched it out of my hands and shut the door. No thank you, smile or anything. Roxy, people don't owe you anything. When I did receive my drink order, I said "thanks have a great day, " and she smirked and shut the door quickly. Maybe she's having a bad day, but so was I.
