We first went to the Starbucks in Farmers Branch, I ordered a decaf iced vanilla sweet cream brew but was told they don't make decaf, they suggested the venti iced Americana (?) Vanilla pumps & half and half. It was the worse coffee I have ever tasted! Not decaf at all! I called the store they stated they added full espresso shots. They explained we could go back or stop at any Starbucks show the receipt and get a new drink. We pulled up to the Addison location off Beltline....

10 out of 10 experience!
Long story short I got coffee from a different Starbucks location on my way to work and it was awful! I couldn’t even drink it! I went to the nearest Starbucks to my work wanting to request some extra pumps of white mocha just to see if it would help my drink taste better.
Matthew displayed awesome customer service. Apologized, made me laugh and told me wanted to remake my drink so I could see how much better he could make it! THIS...

Starbucks always has the best combo of a bite to eat and coffee. The service is happy and friendly at this location. Will stop at this location when I am in the area every time. The service and attitude really top off the experience and make the atmosphere even better. Love this location! Keep up the great work!
