“Amazing food! My family and I eat firehouse subs maybe once a week. We just love it so much! This is our go to location. Everyone is always working hard and super friendly. I was inclined to write this review as I had superior customer service today by Victor. Victor was very kind and made sure my child and I were feeling safe and comfortable in a situation that was out of the store’s control. I want it to be clear that it had nothing to do with the store and its employees. It was an occurrence with an individual that is not associated with the store at all. This store is great & I truly appreciate everything.“

“Grabbed breakfast to take back to hotel. It was still very warm, has browns still crispy and those were best scrambled eggs ever. I'm picky! But loved them. So much food on a plate.“

“They ran out of salmon when I got there at around 1:30pm but the tuna was the most amazing Spicey n Shoyu Tuna Poke Combo I had ever had. The flavors were truly amazing. The deep fried crunchy musubi was the icing on the cake for me, it was truly devine. I can't wait to go back. Fresh delicious, and tonnes of flavor. Parking can be a little tricky depending how busy the area is, I went on a Sunday afternoon and found a couple spots. Its outdoor dining only, kinda like a take out spot with some seating outside. You dont have to stay inside to hear your order called someone will actually bring it outside and call the number. Deff give them a try.“

I was served by two young ladies, one of whom was new, Nakia, who embodied a fantastic spirit and left a lasting impression on my husband and me. Despite being new, she demonstrated remarkable confidence and expertise. We're eager to return when we're back in DFW great restaurant awesome food .“

“I recently moved to TX from central WA state and I’ve been desperately missing my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I took a chance and ordered the shrimp pho (my forever go-to), crossing my fingers that it would at least be close enough to the pho from home. I was ecstatic!! It was a near replica and was so good for my soul! Already figuring out how to talk my husband into the 2-hr drive from Belton to enjoy an amazing meal!“
