Stumbled upon them at The Rail-yard in Frisco. Ordered the Jerk Nachos- utterly amazing!!!! I missed the Jerk tacos (bottom of the menu), but upon someone’s recommendation, I ordered and took home. Food, service (prompt and efficient), cleanliness, and Food (Yes, again) is TOP NOTCH!My absolute favorite (if I must choose one) on the menu is the Shrimp gumbo; I could eat it 24/7 and then some. It is seasoned precisely and you never want the meal to end!Caribbean Cajun is definitely worth the stop, walk, or drive!
Not the worst food ive ever eaten by any means, but definitely closer to a creole/new orleans gumbo.
Okra is a big no no in cajun gumbo, also you gotta cut that trinity smaller cause big chunks of bell pepper are unappetizing, and for a real cajun gumbo your roux gotta be dark dark. This was way too blonde.
