Me & my friend were the ONLY people inside, yet the jacked up our order... Her food was cold and her hamburger meat greyish. Yes the color grey. The restrooms were FILTHY!!! No toilet paper. Yet the place was empty. We stayed for an hour. No one else came inside. Worst experience i have had at a Wendys in my life. I have been going to Wendys for over 40 years. This place needs to CLOSE!!

Just wanted to shout out Yeny who had excellent service with a smile and who gave us a memorable experience (which is hard to do from a drive thru window). Yeny gets 5 stars, and the food usually is 4-5 stars for fast food. We dig breakfast from Wendy's. Thanks to Yeny!

When I last ordered food at this Wendy’s location there was a piece of hair found on my burger. I noticed onions on my burger in which I asked to not be included, but when removing the bun to take off the onions is when I discovered the hair. I communicated to the worker what I had found hair & they simply asked me did I want another burger. I respectfully declined. Not once was I asked did I want a refund. Therefore, I reached out to corporate who was also not much help as they tried to mail me a gift card equivalent to the amount of the meal for Wendy’s. I mentioned that I was no longer interested in eating at their establishment however the General Manager Oscar Mieses was still trying to send me the gift card. This happened around 02.06.2025 and I’ve yet to hear anything back from management. I do not recommend anyone eating at this establishment. Also, with me working close by I usually would go for lunch, but they’ve lost my service.

It was it was pretty good it was customer service was a little lacking not very personable or attentive but I'm sure it's just a bad day for whoever was working we all have them
Parking: There's more than enough parking that Wendy's is at a Love's truck stop and it's it's really big so there's plenty of parking no problem with parking at all and it's close to the building so you don't have to walk far
Service was just to slow 25 minutes waiting for a nugget combo was to long when there are barley any customers

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not good. The bun was stale and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out a while. Definitely not fresh. The service was good at least.
