When I last ordered food at this Wendy’s location there was a piece of hair found on my burger. I noticed onions on my burger in which I asked to not be included, but when removing the bun to take off the onions is when I discovered the hair. I communicated to the worker what I had found hair & they simply asked me did I want another burger. I respectfully declined. Not once was I asked did I want a refund. Therefore, I reached out to corporate who was also not much help as they tried to mail me a gift card equivalent to the amount of the meal for Wendy’s. I mentioned that I was no longer interested in eating at their establishment however the General Manager Oscar Mieses was still trying to send me the gift card. This happened around 02.06.2025 and I’ve yet to hear anything back from management. I do not recommend anyone eating at this establishment. Also, with me working close by I usually would go for lunch, but they’ve lost my service.

It was it was pretty good it was customer service was a little lacking not very personable or attentive but I'm sure it's just a bad day for whoever was working we all have them
Parking: There's more than enough parking that Wendy's is at a Love's truck stop and it's it's really big so there's plenty of parking no problem with parking at all and it's close to the building so you don't have to walk far

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not good. The bun was stale and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting out a while. Definitely not fresh. The service was good at least.

I got a old jr bacon cheeseburger it was cold I had to heat it up (it's only a 6 minute drive it should have been warm) and then when I went to bite it smelled like smoke and this meat is so dry and it didn't even taste like anything. I took 3 bites total to make sure. And the nuggets. These are for my kids. I got really old nuggets. I have two regular nugget orders next to a spicy nuggets in this picture so you can see the difference. Every single Wendy's location being not a good experience is getting old.
That grilled chicken wrap was horrible. It was more boiled chicken not grilled . I am pretty sure I will get sick . I will not recommend to any one .

Took a star off cause the drinks just taste fizzy and not really like a coke. But the guy working drive thru was super nice and food was nice and hot!

It was late night around 9:30 I had been at the window I even knocked several times I went to the speaker twice nobody answered another car came by they got him so I went to the window Nd told them I had kept trying to order it was a black male manager who was rude and told me to wait when I had been waiting so long to order and took the other guys order first so I had to end up leaving really bad service and the managers
