I would like to say I have had a couple rough experiences with this place and even tonight but I really appreciate Brenden the manager on duty tonight on how he went above and beyond my expectations of fixing it. I really appreciated him, it turned my night around.

Two weeks in a row with no coffee creamer. Very often they run out Of french fries and tater Tots. Management among other positions needs to be reevaluated.

$$&$@@!!! Waited over 30 mins for my food that we ordered in the drive thru. 2 jalitos burgers a belt buster, onion rings, fry’s, 2 sweet teas, and a coke. Got asked to go to a parking space. Ended up going in to make sure they didn’t forget us. Checked it when I got back to the car had to go back in cuz they got it wrong. They supposedly fixed it, got home went to hand out food not only were the onion rings burnt but the burgers were missing half of their stuff! This is not the first time but it will be the last.

27 minutes in the drive through for a single chicken strip meal. Don’t eat here.
Very very slow people. They say they have a new cook but no one else is helping him out. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes. Don’t leave the window without your food or you will wait an eternity
There was an employee's family hanging around, being extremely loud and disruptive.. we couldn't hear the conversation taking place at our table.

No matter the time of day or time of year, they WILL keep you waiting for over 45 minutes or mess up your order! I waited an hour to get dinner for a family of 4 at my most recent visit. It's been this way every time I've gone, so I will no longer visit this location.

Ten years ago,or so, the Dairy Queen in Farmersville was the place. It's really gone down hill. They used to be so clean and busy all the time, with friendly staff. Now, I can't hardly eat there it's so dirty. Looks and smells like no one has really cleaned in years.... Please someone listen and restore the DQ of the past. 🙏

How can there be six people and all six walk past your food when it's ready. Not bag it up then hand it out. Yall Have one girl working the window all by herself. I can't imagine how long it takes for a burger and fries. But it took damn near 20 minutes! I think two people drove off while I was waiting! Just incredible that this place survives with how slow the service is.

Ordered the steak finger combo at the drive thru. I paid, then was given my drink without a straw and told to pull up to have my food brought to me. (I didn’t realize I wasn’t given a straw at this point). The wait for the food wasn’t long but when I got it, there was no ketchup, gravy or napkins in the box or bag. I went inside to get them and was greeted by an alarming amount of flies. When I got to the counter there was what I assume was a manager and another worker at the counter. The manager was on the phone and the worker just finished up at the register. She steps away from the register and then proceeds to get on her phone while leaning against the wall. I was almost in disbelief at this point. The manager gets off the phone and then the worker comes to the register to ask me how can they help. I explained to them I had just gone through the drive thru and received no gravy or ketchup or anything in the combo basket, just fries, toast and fingers. The manager then promptly gets some gravy and ketchup, bags it up and gives it to me. I’ve been avoiding this Dairy Queen based off of reviews but figured I’d give it a chance today. So here I am, writing this review, hoping you don’t make the same mistake.

Make sure you give yourself plenty of time when planning to eat here. The wait times are very long. The food is decent, but overpriced for what you're getting.

All was great, however, they don’t participate in the Dairy Queen Texas APP loyalty program. You earn Red Spoons rewards towards food discounts and free food, plus weekly specials and information about new items and seasonal items. But not here.

Took almost 40 minutes for some popcorn chicken and fries and then it wasn’t even hot. It wasn’t like it was busy so not sure what happened.
