The food was good. It was better than the Rivera's in Princeton. I wasn't impressed by the appearance but my wife convinced me that we should try it, anyway. I hope my review is not biased based on my impression of the building. It kind of looked like an old house from the street. You enter through the back and it seems kind of rundown. I wonder if I would have given a better review of the food had the building looked better or in a blind taste test. There are three grades I give to fajitas. When the meat is grilled over coal or wood, those fajitas are almost always top tier. I don't think I've ever given that rating to fajitas cooked any other way. That definitely would have made the difference in my review.

My family has been eating at the Farmersville location for years. We have always had great service. We like the options on the menu and it’s affordable to feed a family.

Found this little hole in the wall couple months ago. The food is absolutely amazing and homemade while you wait. The staff is friendly and helpful with ordering. Trust me you won't regret trying their amazing food oh & the margitas are to die for!

The food is amazing!!! The service is great! The only negative is if you go there during warm weather it will be hot inside. They have fans and swamp coolers but that doesn't cut the Texas heat. They need A/C. Upon driving up to the place it looks like a shack but I can look past that because the food tastes so good! I'll be back but not in the summer. Maybe get the food to go. Also the margaritas are very good!

Stopped in for the first time today on our way to Bonham and it was amazing! The food was delicious! The cuts of meat were very tender and seasoned well. The service we received from Pearla was spot on! She was very welcoming and anticipated our needs carefully! Our new go to place when we are out this way now!

Don’t let the somewhat rustic exterior deter you from eating here. The food and service are excellent. Jessica and the kitchen were especially accommodating to our dietary needs. The on-the-rocks margaritas are excellent!

We both ordered the sour cream chicken enchiladas. We could tell right away that they were freshly made...not left over from lunch. They were delicious. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us numerous times. We will be back!!

The food and service here are great. I had the queso flameado where it was brought out from the kitchen with flames coming off it. It was quite the spectacle. I had the yayantique dish and it was delicious and served expeditiously. The waitress was very attentive and kind. They checked back often to see if I needing something and asked if the food is good. They were on top of refills and service.

Very good food. Friendly staff. Parking spots are in the back. The food was good . Friendly staff and clean bathroom. Clean family-friendly restaurant. The queso Flameado came to the table on fire 🔥 awesome it was delicious. The chips were nice and warm. My fajitas should be cooked a little more for my taste, but it was good. We enjoyed our meal with good friends.
