Very poor service. Order taken wrong - but at least charged correctly. Likely under staffed, waitress acted annoyed to go back for the straw not provided with our order. Picture is of the onion rings…

Been living in farmersville for 8 yrs now. This is the worst fast food place I've ever been too or heard of. Never have we got the order wanted that we purchased. Plus multiple times people showing up after us with the same amount of food getting there orders before us and they come out apologizing. F this place.

Ordered a large order with $80 worth of food. There were a couple of orders of tater tots and when we got there we were told they were "bad" and they couldn't serve them so everyone will be getting fries. Well we got an oder of tots and several other items that were fried, fries, cheese sticks. Let's just say, im sure the frying oil hadn't been changed in days and all the fried food was very over cooked. I was really hoping with new management they would've improved. The food was awful. Not to mention they forgot place 2 sandwiches in our bags.

I came to this Sonic at almost 2pm. I had not eaten lunch and I was in a hurry. I ordered my food, then waited at the drive-thru window forever. Then the lady took my payment and gave me my food as fast as humanly possible. No one would answer my knock on the window when I wanted some ketchup. I start eating my tots on the way back to work and they taste weird. I look at them and they are a strange color gray brown and have black stuff on them. My suggestion I to change your oil every now and then Farmersville Sonic. Very disappointed

If I could I would give this experience 0 stars. I did a mobile order and went to the drive through. I waited 30 minutes until I had to call to tell them they have 3 people in the drive through and we haven’t been helped, they were all just playing around not doing their job. 30 more minutes have passed and they told me that they can’t see anyone’s orders since their service was down, and that they had no carbonated drinks. This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were nice, but this experience was so unprofessional. Don’t go to this sonic!

Ordered 2 slushies online at 7:23 said the order would be ready by 7:30 got here at 7:32 went through the drive thru sat there for 5 minutes, no one came to the window, even made eye contact with us & no one came. Went to stall number 12, pressed the button & they said they’d be right out with our order, it’s 7:57 & our drinks aren’t here. We pressed the button again & they immediately turned it off. There was no check in, there are two other cars that arrived AFTER us so they’re not busy. This is horrible.

Worst servicing Sonic. Unfortunate that it’s the only one close in our home town. Run by kids that sit on their phones while customers wait to be help. Took 10 minutes sitting at drive through and had to go up to the window to be served. 5 kids sitting in the store not doing anything. Always takes 10-20 minutes to get your order and typically wrong.

1 Spent 25 minutes at the window waiting to be served. 50 dollars worth of food and after only 5 minute drive home it’s all cold and nasty. I tried to call and complain and the phone is off the hook and the mail box if full.So my only option at a possible resolution would be to drive back up the and spend another 25 minutes in line on the hope they will make it right
