First time in a long time I had their pizza and everything was good. Location is not great for packing but clean and service was good.

Edit: came back today and had a wonderful experience. Something I loved was taken off the menu and the person taking my order helped me figure out something similar. Really loved that they took the time to go out of their way to help me find an alternative that was equally as good. Happy that a past terrible experience was replaced with a great one. ——————————————— Go to Rockwall or Royce city before wasting time and money here.
Staff also has no idea what’s going on. We were charged 5 times, refunded 4 times for our online order but no order shows for them. Just going to have to dispute with our bank. So then we tried calling to make the order, they called back within 5 mins saying they lost our order.
Needs a lot of help. Hoping to try again in a few weeks.

Had a horrible experience when they first opened, but decided to give them another try. The new general manager is so sweet and polite and made sure our order was correct. The place was clean and the other employees were friendly too. The last general manager ran it into the ground but the new one is amazing! I’m so glad we tried again!

Very Unprofessional manager here! I Called to ask why was my order update increased the next day after ordering, I did not tip the driver by credit card. So the driver who delivered stole money from me. I called to ask questions and the manager got VERY rude and was just sitting in silence as if she was slow, so provided my order number and she went off on me. I asked “this is the manager behaving this way” she proceeds to say “maam my drivers aren’t being paid and something is wrong with the system can You stop talking!” I told her I would contact corporate instead and she hung up in my face. This area is nice and this manager is bringing the value down’ she should be fired!
I’m giving this location a second chance because the first time was a complete wreck. I went inside because on tracker it said order was complete. There was a line inside and people were trying to get help about their orders. Place was a mess, unorganized and LOUD. The mgr was rude, talking to employees as if no one else was present and would instantly get an attitude if someone asked if their order was ready. A gentleman approached the register and said that his wife had put in the order and that it had been about 30 mins already but was basically ignored by the mgr beacuase he didnt have an order number. He gave the mgr his wife’s name and was basically told his order was not ready. After another 15-20 mins he asks again. The mgr looks thru orders that were ready and finds his order. It had been ready this whole time. Wow!!! No apology no nothing! Total chaos just because there was a football game going on. I waited about close to an hour for my order. When order came out, a young lady dropped 2 of my wings on the floor and they acted like nothing had happened. I asked the mgr to atleast give me an extra ranch in place of the wings that were dropped. He made a pissed off face at me but gave me the ranch. What a total MESS!

Manager at this store argued with us about the order time. Then when asked for a refund started yelling about he shouldn’t be working anyways and we’re lucky to get a refund. He has no idea what he’s doing.

I rarely leave reviews, but I've never encountered someone as openly disrespectful as the person I interacted with last night. When I called to place an order around 9:30, the individual who answered was extremely rude, constantly interrupting me to ask if I was finished ordering while I was still speaking. As someone who works in a similar role, I'm always polite to service workers and understand that it's not always a good time. However, this person's behavior was unacceptable, using multiple curse words in an unprofessional manner. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they continued to be rude directly to my face. While I understand that people have bad days, I believe it takes a concerted effort to be as mean as this person was to someone they didn't know. I’m just very disappointed because this location was so close to my house.
