Found this treasure on Main Street in Fate. The staff was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the building itself was really beautiful. Downtown was precious.

Tasty. But a little limited in menu, more bougie than it needs. Will still be back but really a niche local choice for the nice atmosphere. Could use chimichangas, salt at the table etc.

Just overpriced considering it isn’t that authentic and the food is just okay. Arboledas is cheaper and tastes better.

Was our second time coming here since moving to the area. Staff is very friendly and patient, atmosphere is relaxed, and food is amazing!

First time I tried the brisket enchiladas and they were awesome, I had in my mind that I would get those again but on our second visit I went with the waitresses recommendation of the Al Chipotle and it did not disappoint!

Tried a bite of my wife’s Tacos De La Casa and my son’s cheese enchiladas, safe to assume that anything you get here will be great!

Would highly recommend getting the brisket queso appetizer, and if you’re a fan of enchiladas the brisket enchiladas are the best thing I’ve had here and priced reasonably at $16 if memory serves, plenty of food and everyone will leave stuffed!

Parking: Plenty of parking, went when it was busy and had 0 issue parking along the side.

Kid-friendliness: Waitress was patient and kind to our children, also suggested things for them that she knew they would like!

This is a VERY LOUD place to eat…..like deafening. It’s a cool looking restaurant and has a cool vibe, especially for little Fate. The food is very hit or miss. One time it was pretty decent and then we go back and the quesadillas were soaked in grease (and not in a good greasy taco way). Never had a great food experience there, price isn’t great, and the kitchen staff was WAY WAY WAY behind when we went. We still occasionally pop in, but always left disappointed.

Everything was so salty, you gotta drink a gallon of water to eat anything. I asked the waiter why is everything so salty it wasn't like this a year ago, he informed me that the chef left a year ago and didn't leave the recipes. It's also very overpriced for 2 adults and a child $180 after tip.

We love the Pablo’s in Heath. Sergio provides excellent service every time we visit & the food is always phenomenal!
