I just have to say, Pablo’s was really great. It started off a teeny bit rough. We had a server stop at our table to let us know that he was going to be our sever then he didn’t come back for a long time. He ended up walking by us again and asked us if we had been helped. Kind of a strange question since he said he was going to be our sever. But an amazing server named Ruth came to help us and she and everyone did everything to make it better. The service ended up being fantastic...

Pretty disappointed in my experience at Pablo’s. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, it’s a regularly occurring date night spot for my husband and I, my brother and his wife even had their rehearsal dinner here! After a long work week we decided we weren’t up for dining in so we picked up dinner. The meals here are definitely not a “budget” friendly spend, I think the total came out to around $60! The meat was raw, and there were 2 whole tortillas for two orders...
