I go to this Starbucks all of the time and everyone is always really nice. Today however, the guy taking orders and handing out drinks at the drive thru was extremely rude! He rolled his eyes, was sighing and seemed super annoyed I was getting coffee at Starbucks.

This has got to be the BEST team in all of the Starbucks locations I have visited. I go Atleast 3-4x a week in the morning & they have the most friendliest service I’ve ever seen! It doesn’t matter who works the window in drive thru or the intercom. They stare always so welcoming & always with a smile! They definitely make my day when I visit. Thank you!!! You have no idea how great y’all are & how big of a difference yall make!

I used to enjoy this location, but there’s an employee who is taller, black hair and will absolutely not be quiet. I couldn’t even take a call there because he had to be the center of attention in the center of drama the entire time I was there. Atmosphere is absolutely terrible, food is just about average and the service is incredibly slow.

This is one of the best Starbuck’s! Smoothest latte I have had in a long time. Everyone is incredibly kind and thoughtful, making conversation with customers while keeping up with their busy jobs. No one had to wait long in this place even though it was slammed! They now offer real mugs and I saw them delivering those as well as food on real plates to the tables of those customers. A bit of a restaurant feel, in a good way. Way to go, Fate Starbuck’s! I live 35 minutes away, but will be back ♥️

This is why I love Starbucks! I accidentally ordered on the app from the wrong store. I was in a hurry and would’ve taken 20 minutes just to turn around to come to this store. I called to explain the situation. Not only were they kind and understanding, but they helped me still go pick up my coffee at the next Starbucks because I already paid for it on the app! I was having the most stressful morning already, made my day so much better! I wish their names so that I could shout them out. I hope both of them see this post and shout themselves out, because they deserve recognition!! It was a girl I spoke with first and then a guy. Bless you both!!

I went in to order a drink and was told there’s a 45 minute wait on drinks. How is that even possible? There was no one ahead of me in line and the cafe was pretty empty. I understand there’s mobile orders but they clearly are doing something wrong here
