I went in to order a drink and was told there’s a 45 minute wait on drinks. How is that even possible? There was no one ahead of me in line and the cafe was pretty empty. I understand there’s mobile orders but they clearly are doing something wrong here

This location has the worst tasting coffee, I don't know if it's the employees that don't know how to make it or if they use old coffee, The coffee tastes moldy and old, drinks are never consistent in taste. Every order I get goes in the trash! This is highly disappointing due to this being the ONLY location I have ever been to that hasn't lived up to it's standard. I never feel like leaving bad reviews. Hopefully this gets to someone who will try to fix the issue.

Seems to have management issues. This is the most convenient location for me but my order never tastes right. I have ordered several drinks exactly the same here vs other locations and it consistentlytastes like they dont use as much flavoring, maybe management cutting costs? Employees are great though!

This is the Starbucks closer to my house reason why I tend to visit this location pretty often. They have some amazing employees and some not very nice that also has lots to do with the quality of your drink depending who takes your order. Try to avoid Sunday mornings they are usually busy and your drinks is not going to be good.
The young lady on the speaker might want to remember the customer can hear you when your huffing about getting a mobile order. Also Thank you should still be used....it goes a long way.
