Rude folks that don’t listen or care and the salad 8 dollers for a lil lettuce dam salad cost more then a dam burger and it had no meat in the salad jack is right I was straight jacked don’t bother with this place

Wish there was an option for a zero rating. The employee at the window taking orders is very rude! He couldn’t hear our order and kept repeating it wrong. So, we informed him we would pull to the window to place the order due to communication issues at the speaker. He yelled and said no he will not take the order at the window and that is why they have the speaker. However, he could not even hear our order and continued to get it wrong! When you try to report it to a manager or higher up, you are unable to do so! They will never earn our business again!!!

I had the worst experience first Daniel Osorio should NOT be working at the window he charged me for the wrong order handed me my card back then said I owe $10 more and didn’t explain until I repeated myself more then once then he said I charged u for the wrong order so u owe me 10 I said what why didn’t I fix it I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was I said please give me some that can help me I’m not paying 10 more if I did he would have over charged me a lady then came to the window and returned my wrong price then charged me for the right one I asked for his name and he would not acknowledge me the lady is the only one she even wrote the name down I had a bad experience that is not a good person that Osorio he didn’t even Apologize for his mistake
