The pizza was of acceptable quality. The estimated time of 16 minutes for the pizza to be ready was inaccurate, as it was still not ready when I arrived 21 minutes later due to rain. After being directed to wait at the front, I waited an additional 14 minutes. While the food was satisfactory, the extended wait time was excessive and should be addressed to ensure accurate estimates for pickup times in the future.

My wife had been craving a pizza hut pizza. The day before, we placed an online order for the Waxahachie location. I went to pick it up at the appointed pick-up time and waited... and waited... and waited. I finally got one of the workers to acknowledge my existence. He went to the back, came back, and told me they were fixing it next, and it would be 10-15 minutes. At this point, I was already 45 minutes beyond the original pickup time.
