So I ordered a foot long steak Philly . They asked for the topping …. I said lettuce. The lady goes we don’t have any…. The employee that was with her responds,,, yes we do…. It’s not prepped yet. They didn’t bother to get it for me. So I walked outta there. Never had a sandwich with no lettuce…. Need little bit more customer service than that

Apparently they close at 8:30pm, with the the open sign on and the hours on the door listed at 9:30pm close with the doors unlocked. I'm never sure when this place is open. Should probably change that.

The people inside are rude and racist. As we entered we’re stared at and as we approached the counter she then turned her back as if she was about to wash her hands. She the proceeded to take her time blowing her nose then digging in her nose after washing her hands never acknowledging us as she wiped the boogers on the napkin about to walk to the station. Absolutely disgusting we left immediately. This is today which is 06/14/24 12:35pm and there was body odor.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. There was literally 5 little pieces of rotisserie chicken on my sandwich. The employees were rude and the pretzel was hard as a rock! I will NEVER go back to eat at this restaurant again and I work right down the street.

Went in at 9:00pm and the young asian guy who was there threw a fit. He was huffing and puffing and just throwing things around when making our sandwiches. Very obvious he was upset we came in so late. Just plain disrespectful and rude to treat a family and paying customers that way.
